Creativ Plus provides AI-driven business solutions, including but not limited to:

- AI Infrastructure Deployment
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logic, code, branding, and AI architectures created by Creativ Plus are the exclusive property of Kishan Singh and Creativ Plus. Users are granted a limited license to use the deployed agents as per their specific service agreement but may not reverse-engineer or resell our proprietary logic.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our AI systems are designed for high accuracy and 24/7 autonomy, Creativ Plus shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI agents or automation tools in a live business environment.
5. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate information during the strategy session request and ensure that their use of our AI tools complies with all local and international laws. Any misuse or attempts to bypass system security will lead to immediate termination of service.
