1. Overview
At Creativ Plus, we strive to deliver world-class AI solutions. Due to the digital nature of our AI agents, custom automation logic, and consulting services, our refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the high-cost resource allocation required for AI infrastructure.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once the process has been initiated:
- AI Strategy Consultations: Once the strategy session is completed, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Custom AI Agent Setup Fees: Costs associated with the initial logic architecture and API integrations for agents like "Arpit".
- Token and Resource Usage: Any costs incurred from third-party LLM usage during the deployment phase.
3. Subscription Cancellations
For ongoing AI workforce management subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Agent Dashboard.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing month.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of major technical failure on our platform that prevents the AI agent from performing its core logic for more than 72 consecutive hours. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.
